How Jagun Jagun reconnected me with my fans —Fathia Balogun

Leading actress, Fathia Balogun, has shared how her role in the recent movie “Jagun Jagun” not only rekindled her connection with fans but also transformed her career trajectory.

Fathia confessed that it was just five pivotal scenes in the movie that changed her life.

The actress at a recent media engagement reflected on the impact of her involvement in “Jagun Jagun” as she recollected the flood of new opportunities and offers that came her way soon after the movie’s release.

She expressed her surprise at the sudden wave of interest, even from her own family, who had witnessed her lengthy two-decade career in the film industry.

“Immediately after ‘Jagun Jagun’ was released, I started receiving substantial offers. I was left wondering what had transpired. Even my family couldn’t ignore the transformation, realizing that this wasn’t my first movie, yet it had showcased me in a new light,” Fathia disclosed.

The movie had such a profound impact on her career that even her son, who is also involved in the film industry, expressed his eagerness to connect with Femi Adebayo, the producer of “Jagun Jagun,” acknowledging his pivotal role in reshaping his mother’s career.

Filled with enthusiasm for the newfound opportunities, Fathia said she looked forward to what the industry has in store for her. “I am super excited about how things are playing out now, and I am looking forward to what the industry has in store for me,” she concluded.
