THE House On The Rock Church is preparing to impact the city of Lagos once again and unite both foreign and indigenous individuals at the 19th edition of the widely acclaimed global gospel concert, The Experience.
The 2024 gospel gathering with the theme “Jesus Wins” will host thousands under the open skies at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos, on December 6.
The all-night gospel music concert will begin at 7 PM on Saturday and continue until dawn.
The event will feature a lineup of renowned gospel ministers, including Travis Greene, Donnie McClurkin, Chevelle Franklyn, Chee, Israel Houghton, Nathaniel Bassey, Dunsin Oyekan, Mercy Chinwo, Ebuka Songs, Adeyinka Alaseyori, Sinach, Frank Edwards, Prinx Emmanuel, Mr. M & Revelation, Moses Bliss, Micah Stampley, Bidemi Olaoba, and the Lagos Metropolitan Gospel Choir (LMGC).
The event will also feature Rachel Adewale and Precious Emmanuel, among others.
The visionary behind the event, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, emphasized that The Experience remains a free concert. This principle allows individuals of all ages, socio-economic backgrounds, and religious beliefs to participate, despite the presence of notable dignitaries, government leaders, diplomats, business leaders, and church representatives.
“The Experience continues to be a time for believers from various denominations, cultures, and nations to come together and offer praise to God. This year, under the theme “Jesus Wins,” the message emphasizes unity and victory in the face of the significant economic and social challenges in Nigeria, as well as the atmosphere of uncertainty and unrest in different parts of the world.
“The night will echo with a collective victory shout, one that declares Jesus as the light and the only hope of the world,” he added.
