My hospitality business will not affect acting —Pawpaw

Published by

It is happy time for comic actor, Osita Iheme, popularly called Pawpaw, following his venture into the hospitality business, which he pledged that it would not in any way affect his passion for acting.

Pawpaw, a household name in the industry with his craft, especially alongside his ‘industry twin’, Chinedu Ikedieze (a.k.a Aki), has expressed his delight to join the league of celebrities that have diversified from the make-believe field to other investments, R gathered.

He told R that all was set for the five star hotel and suites, The Resident, in the heart of Imo State to commence operation.

He described the new venture as a welcomed accomplishment.

According to Pawpaw, the multi-million relaxation centre will not in any way distract him from his primary call (acting).

“Though the project was a great task, I ensured that it didn’t distract me from acting. In fact, I was involved in a lot of movie productions, especially Professor John Bull, The Wedding Party and other movies.

“What it cost me is not the main thing, but the fact that I accomplished my dream, as well as give people the comfort they deserve away from home. The Resident has all it takes to treat people with class and pleasure by the facilities we have put in place. We have commenced operation and I look forward to a delightful hospitality business,” stated.

He said that he was ready to give the up-and-coming actors space to soar in the  acting field, since he had  made name in the industry.
