Renowned PR strategist and author Hope Odabi hosted the maiden edition of The Clarity Network, a dynamic workshop and book launch crafted to help emerging artists gain structure, confidence, and business understanding in their creative journeys.
The event, held at PopCentral Cultural Space, Lagos, gathered top industry names and aspiring creatives under one roof for a day of insight, connection, and inspiration.
The workshop’s theme, “Empowering emerging creatives with the tools insight and structure to grow intentionally” resonated deeply with attendees who have struggled with visibility and sustainability in the entertainment space. The four panel format provided a platform for candid discussions around sound ownership, industry differentiation, monetization, and community building. These conversations, led by respected game changers in the business, emphasized the balance between artistry and professionalism.
Despite minor delays caused by unforeseen technical challenges, the event’s energy remained high. The host and panelists carried the audience along with humor, authenticity, and transparency qualities that defined the spirit of the day. The audience, largely made up of young musicians, producers, and talent managers, engaged actively, asking questions that reflected the hunger for knowledge within the creative community.
One of the most anticipated moments of the day was the unveiling of Odabi’s latest literary work, “Wetin Be The Plan? A Roadmap for Emerging Artists.” The book, now available on Selar and Amazon, combines her experience in branding, PR, and talent management to provide practical guidance for creatives seeking career direction.
In her closing remarks, Odabi thanked her partners, including Zugu TV, PopCentral, and Hospitality by Faith, for believing in the vision and supporting the execution. She also appreciated the panelists and audience whose contributions made the event impactful.
Plans are already underway for a second edition, with Odabi hinting that The Clarity Network will evolve into a pan African creative empowerment platform. As a rising literary and cultural voice, her work continues to bridge entertainment, education, and empowerment across Nigeria’s creative landscape.
