HEAVY downpour has disrupted the ongoing Governorship primary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kogi State.
The election did not commence until about 6 pm on Tuesday. However, the heavy rain that started at about 8 pm disrupted the election after 7 local government councils have voted.
Meanwhile, the election has been suspended temporarily till the rain subsided.
