THE Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has felicitated Retired Justice Moses Bello, on the occasion his 67th birthday anniversary.
A statement by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr Muhammed Onogwu, on Sunday in Lokoja, said that Bello’s Chief of Staff, Pharm. Jamiu Abdulkareem Asuku, was at the residence of the retired legal luminary at the instance of the governor, in celebration of his birthday on Saturday, 4th January 2020.
Delivering the governor’s goodwill message, Asuku described Justice Bello as a dedicated legal icon and a role model in the deeds of uprightness and fairness in the legal practice.

The governor affirmed that Justice Bello remains a humble and respectful Judge who despite being appointed at age 40, made his mark in the country’s justice system.
He noted that the legal icon delivered his judgments without fear or favour and proved himself worthy of his position as President of CCA, the position he occupied for 25 years.
Governor Bello further eulogised the retired Judge, affirming that he is a man of honour who earnestly served his country and humanity.
He stressed that the legal luminary would always be remembered for his legacies and track record in the legal profession.
The governor wished him good health, God’s blessings, prosperity and great achievements in all his endeavours.
