Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has suspended two serving commissioners, a special adviser, and a liaison officer.
The announcement was made in a statement released by Mr Gyang Bere, the Governor’s Director of Press and Public Affairs, on Tuesday in Jos.
The suspended officials include Mr. Chrysanthus Dawam, Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, and Mrs. Jamila Tukur, Commissioner for Tourism, Culture, and Hospitality.
Also suspended are Mr Dio Lamul, Special Adviser on Rural Development, and Mr Moses Sule, the Liaison Officer for Mikang Constituency.
According to the statement, the suspension of these officials took immediate effect.
