…spends Sunday at Bauchi farm
Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has encouraged citizens of the State to embrace farming even if it is on a low level.
The Governor made the call on Sunday, when he visited his farm where he spent his day monitoring the farm activities.
Bala Mohammed who was so excited with the development and growth of the farm plants, expressed op that the various crops are progressing as expected.
He stressed that farming is the real thing that must be embraced by all no matter at what level in order to promote food security and availability.
The Governor reiterated his belief in agriculture as a key driver of food security, job creation, and economic growth.
He encouraged citizens, especially the youths, to take advantage of the state’s vast arable land to engage in farming activities, stressing that agriculture remains a sustainable pathway to self-reliance and prosperity.
Bala Mohammed further reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to supporting farmers through policies, infrastructure, and initiatives aimed at boosting productivity and ensuring a sustainable agricultural future for the State.
Bala Mohammed called on people of the State to support his administration’s efforts in delivering inclusive governance and infrastructure development.
