Bauchi State Governor, Sen Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has donated N20 million to the families of four staff members of the State Water Agency who died in a tragic incident at the Gubi Water treatment plant.
The Governor made the donation as a demonstration of empathy and solidarity with the bereaved families.
While condoling with the families, Governor Mohammed prayed for the souls of the deceased to rest in peace and for the families to find the strength to bear the loss.
The Village Head of Firo appreciated the Governor’s condolence visit and prayed for his reward.
Governor Mohammed has been on a condolence tour, visiting the Emir of Bauchi’s palace, which suffered a fire incident, and the residences of other bereaved families, including the late Dan Amar of Bauchi.
