Members of the Government Secondary School, Bauchi known as Garu Old Boys Class of ’76 have pledged to give professional and moral support to the PDP-led administration of Bauchi State governor, Senator Bala Mohammed who is a member of the group.
President of the group, Uba Ahmed Kari, said that members of the forum unanimously agreed to give their total support to the governor being a very strong member of the group.
Uba Ahmed Kari who expressed gratitude to Governor Bala Mohammed for his support to the group and members in particular, acknowledged the good intentions of the governor to ensure the speedy transformation of the state through execution of various developmental projects.

The president then congratulated the governor on behalf of the members over his recent victory at the Supreme Court as well as registered their support and pray for Allah’s guidance for his success.
While responding, Senator Mohammed requested members of the Garu Old Boys to assist him and his administration with constructive advice so as to ensure better performance and effective service delivery to the people.
The governor who was speaking when members of the group paid him a courtesy visit at the Government House, Bauchi on Sunday said that he will hold them responsible for the success or failure of his administration.
He then pledged to be a good ambassador of the group and acknowledged their support towards his emergence as the governor of the state.
