The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the list of top scorers for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The list was unveiled by the Registrar of JAMB, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, during the ongoing policy meeting of the Board in Abuja.
According to the list, the top scorers are:
1. Olowu David (Ondo) – 367
2. Alayande David (Oyo) – 367
3. Orukpe Joel (Edo) – 367
4. Emmanuel Jeremiah (Akwa-Ibom) – 366
5. Essiet Etini (Akwa-Ibom) – 365
6. Ezenwoko Zara (Abia) – 365
7. Umoh Joshua (Akwa-Ibom) – 365
8. Mamudu Abdulraham (Edo) – 364
9. Adeleke Abdulbasit (Kwara) – 363
10. Echem Victor (Rivers) – 363
11. Etute Emmanuel (Edo) – 363
12. Jedidiah Chidiebube (Imo) – 363
13. Adesanya Oluwatimilehin (Ogun) – 363
The top scorers hail from various states across the country, with Akwa Ibom and Edo leading the pack.
The Board has also announced that it will continue to ensure the integrity and transparency of the examination process.
