The Niyi Adeogun Foundation has presented free forms of the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) being conducted by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to 1,000 candidates in Ekiti state.
The benefiting students and candidates were drawn from Moba, Ido/Osi and Ilejemeje Local Government Areas of Ekiti State.
Speaking during the distribution of the free UTME forms in Ekiti, the founder of the foundation, Niyi Adeogun said the gesture was to ensure that the younger generation gets quality education.
He noted that the step was also to provide helping hands to parents, especially the less privileged who find it difficult to sponsor their children’s education.
Adeogun, who is a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state however charged the benefiting Students to be serious with their studies to become successful in the future.
While speaking, some of the students appreciated the foundation for purchasing the forms for them freely, promising not to disappoint them in their academic pursuits.
