In a decisive victory, Arizona swung red in the final count of the U.S. presidential election, awarding President-elect Donald Trump 11 electoral votes and bringing his total to 312, well above the 270 threshold needed to win.

Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris, Trump’s main rival, trailed with 226 electoral votes, according to U.S. networks.

Trump’s win in Arizona marked the completion of a sweep across all seven key swing states, securing another crucial state that had supported Joe Biden in 2020.

Arizona’s flip underscored a significant shift, with the state joining other battlegrounds that turned red, including Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin—each of which had voted Democratic in the previous election cycle.

The shift in these historically blue-leaning states reflects a shift in voter priorities, as many Americans gravitated toward Trump’s campaign messages of economic recovery, national security, and a reduced footprint in foreign conflicts. With this victory, Trump has been declared the winner in more than half of the 50 states, reaffirming his return to the White House.

The following is a list of the states won by each candidate and the corresponding number of electoral votes, based on the projections of US media including CNN, Fox News, MSNBC/NBC News, ABC and CBS.
