Falz, Yarden, Ayola, others top most popular Nigerian songs on TikTok

Nigerian songs like “Wetin” by Yarden “Bop ” Daddy ” by Falz, “Nobody” Di Neptune ft Joeboy and Mr Eazi, and “Love nwantinti remix” Ckay ft Joeboy and Kuami Eugene looked like runaway winners in the Nigerian race to creating hits on Tik Tok

Here were the results;

Wetin – Yarden (5M)

Yarden, a multi-talented Nigerian singer-songwriter who recently signed with Etins Records, has released a brand-new, chart-topping single titled “Wetin.”
Okereke Blessed Jordan, popularly known as Yarden comes from a music and entertainment enthusiastic family. He possesses a unique sound that features a dark, groovy and ominous vibe which is a new different sound for the world to accept and relate to on an unlimited scale.

Know you – Ladipoe (233k)

“Know You” is a song that talks about two opposite sex friends who want to be more than just a friend.
They both feel something special for each other but tend to restrict their emotions because they tend to still be strangers who know little about themselves.

Duduke – Simi (167k)

Highly talented Nigerian singer and songwriter, Simi has released a brand new single and it is titled “Duduke”.
“Duduke” is Simi‘s first official single for 2020, it comes shortly after she blessed Ladipoe‘s new record, “Know You” with her sultry vocals.

Bop Daddy – Falz (76k)

Falz (President of the SBA) releases his 2020 debut single titled “Bop Daddy” to kick start the new year. On this first official single he features Ms Banks an English rapper from Southeast London.
FalzTheBahdGuy delivered this club hip-pop track with bass, vibe and the big boy melody.
Folarin is probably the most versatile artiste in the industry at the moment, he can switch at anytime comfortably. Be it rap, trap, singing and even comic acting.
He joins the Europe scene by working with Ms Banks, an up-and-coming UK rapper hoping to take the south London sound global.
The 24-year-old is one of the country’s fastest rising talents in UK rap right now and has bagged herself a prime spot performing alongside Little Mix at this year’s BRIT Awards.

Nobody – DJ Neptune (41k)

DJ Neptune, Joeboy and Mr Eazi joins forces to deliver this brand new banger dubbed “Nobody”, produced by (BestOf) Magic.
Award winning international disc jockey and producer DJ Neptune teams up with emPawa’s Mr Eazi and Joeboy on his new single titled “NOBODY“.
Featuring this triple threat of talent, the atmospheric record was produced by Neptune Records in-house producer Magic Sticks.

Ayola – Sare Toban (36k)

“Sare Toban” by Ayola is a party jam produced by Nigerian Afrobeat & Dancehall music producer, Killa Shay in 2021. The song is the fifth track off Ayola’s debut album “Conversation Till Dawn”, and the project came out massive.

The album is a follow-up to his debut cinematic EP Scum, an Afrosoul sanctuary of emotional wisdom and a frank approach to modern relationship drama.

Micasa cucasa – Korede Bello (35k)

Korede Bello is full of promises on this pop tune ‘Mi Casa Su Casa’, produced by Mavin Records In-house Producer Ozedikus.

Geng – Mayorkun (18k)

DMW singer, Mayorkun comes through with a spanking new single and we’re excited for this lovely new effort tagged “Geng”.

The brand new single serves us with a very sweet and interesting vibe and we totally love the energy, rhythm and vibe this new single presents to us.

Beamer- Rema (9k)

Just after dropping the remix to his hit single, “Dumebi” which featured vocal assistance from American female singer Becky G, Mavins Record and Jonzing World talented artist Rema returned with a brand new song named “Beamer” (Bad Boys).

However, “Beamer” is produced by serial hit-maker, Rvssian

Call – Joeboy (8k)

After releasing ‘Don’t Call Me Back‘ to cut his baby off, Joeboy returns with a plot twist on this new tune dubbed “Call”.
Joeboy releases “Call” the lead single from his upcoming debut album.
The song introduces a darker, more urgent edge to JOEBOY’s sound, despite experiencing a rather ominous year and amidst all the problems of the fatal pandemic, there are still artsites going the extra mile, putting in work to make sure their fans are entertained and one of these artistes is Joeboy.
