A former Oyo State Comptroller of Immigration Service, Mr Dada Joseph Olutayo (ACG), who was promoted to Assistant Comptroller General in the service a few days ago, has given up the ghost on Sunday morning.
The deceased, who breathed his last, according to a statement made available to newsmen in Osogbo by Mr Joshua Dada, on behalf of the family of Michael Dada Ogunremi, died at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan.
The statement added: “We regret to announce, with sorrow but gratitude to God, the passing into glory of Mr Dada Joseph Olutayo (ACG) after a brief illness.”
The late officer, whose age was revealed as 58, is said to be survived by his wife, children, and others, with burial arrangements to be announced later.
