Emerald Estate unveils plans to provide housing for less privileged

Owners of Emerald Estate, MeritAbode Nigeria Ltd. has pledged to assist average Nigerians become home owners with at least N25,000 and complement the efforts of the Lagos State Government in delivering an effective and affordable housing scheme.

Making this known recently in Lagos, veteran Nollywood Actor, Jide Kosoko, who is the ambassador of the real estate company, said that the move was borne out of the similarities in the company’s determination to help the less privilege to have their own abode with as little as N25,000.”

Jide Kosoko said that the company’s commitment to this lofty goal was waxing stronger in the estate industry and it was clear that with his involvement in the project the whole idea was true, transparent and that the company would keep to its promise at every point.

“My ambassadorial appointment with MeritAbode Nigeria Ltd owners of Emerald estate is borne out of the company’s goal to ensure shelter for every Nigerian and I consider housing one of the basic needs of man after food,” he said.
