Orange and Milk as well Banana and Lemon can cause death. Kindly help me to clarify.

The claim is not correct as some people have been blending these kinds of fruits together for a long time in form of ‘smoothies’ and ‘milk shakes’ without any adverse effect. In addition, we have Ice Cream with Orange, Banana, Pine apple and other flavours in the market. It is only people with allergies to any of the fruits or milk that should avoid taking them.
