THE Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Chowdeck, Femi Aluko has announced the company’s partnership with Eat ‘N’ Go Africa, the franchisee of Cold Stone Creamery and Pinkberry Gourmet Yogurt.
The partnership, he stated, will see Chowdeck work with Eat N’ Go to provide ice-cream and frozen yoghurt through Cold Stone Creamery, and Pinkberry Gourmet Yogurt, to dairy-loving Nigerians across the country.
Speaking on the partnership, CEO of Eat’N’Go Africa, Mr. Patrick Mc-Micheal said it was informed by the need to always be in front of the innovation regarding delivery technology, in tune with the company’s mission.
“Home delivery is a booming en- terprise and partnering with companies to ensure that customers get to have the best of this experience is a priority to us. Working with Chowdeck is in line with our goals as we look forward to continuously improving our customer experience,” he added.
In demonstration of the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction, the company, he stated, had taken several measures to evolve its services such as the commencement of operations on nearly 200 stores across Africa, call centres, improved applications, and websites, amongst others.
“This desire to improve the customer experience necessitates their partnership with Chowdeck,” he stated.
