The estate boasts 40 fully equipped smart studio apartments and a suite of lifestyle-enhancing amenities, including: 24/7 water supply from an on-site borehole, a Hybrid solar-grid electricity system for uninterrupted power, CCTV surveillance and secure gated access, Dedicated campus shuttle services, and a mini-mart, cafeteria, lounge, and study zones.
The project has already begun to resonate with the student community. Oluwaseun, a second-year KWASU student, shared:
“Before Dia’s Crest, waiting hours for light or water was normal. This changes everything it’s more than a home; it’s a lifeline.”
Encouraged by the response, 1159Gold revealed plans to replicate the Dia’s Crest model in other universities across Nigeria, positioning it as a scalable solution for student housing infrastructure in the country.
