CONVERSATIONS in Transit, a new movie by Rogers Ofime’s Native Media, has premiered on Circuits.
Circuits is a new and innovative VOD virtual cinema market entrant. It is a pioneering virtual cinema for African content that is available to the global audience.
Starring Richard Mofe-Damijo, Osas Ighodalo, Alex Ekubo, Rahama Sadau, Uzee Usman, Tana Adelana and Tope Tedela, ‘Conversations in Transit’ was shot on a moving train. It explores the theme of love in its purest form: one that heals, forgives, and transcends obstacles.
Speaking at a private screening attended by the film’s sponsors, TOLARAMS, makers of Kellogg’s, Indomie Noodles, Guinness and Munchit, lead actors, advertising partners, and journalists, Ofime disclosed what inspired the movie.
On the film’s distribution, Ofime revealed that, in line with the project’s pioneering spirit, Native Media partnered with Circuits to reach more global audiences.
He emphasised the importance of collaboration and seeking new avenues to amplify the value of locally-produced content. “Together, we are stronger, and we must always find ways to earn from our efforts,” he said. “Circuits offers fresh opportunities for content creators like us to reach wider audiences. I’m excited about this new platform’s potential.”
Ofime’s Native Media Ltd has to its credit, ‘The Johnsons’, ‘Wura’, ‘HUSH’, ‘Oloibiri’ and ‘Voiceless’.
