THE Committee of friends to Bauchi State Governor, Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar under the leadership of Alhaji Sa’id Dantsoho on Friday purchased both the expression of interest and nomination forms for the Governor to enable him seek reelection in the 2019 gubernatorial election.
Sa’id Dantsoho, while presenting the 2 forms to the Governor through the Secretary to the State Government Muhammad Nadada Umar, explained that their decision to purchase the forms was based on the tremendous successes recorded by the administration in the last three years.
He added that tremendous achievements have been recorded by the Governor in all sectors of development especially Education, Health, Security, Youth and women Empowerment as well as Agricultural Development in the state.
Sa’id Dantsoho maintained that the Committee of friends is optimistic that the Governor if re-elected, will continue the good works he has started and Bauchi State will continue to be greater.
While receiving the forms on behalf of the Governor, the SSG, Muhammed Nadada Umar commended the Committee of friends for the gesture and assured that he will deliver the message to the Governor as soon as he returned to the state.
Nadada Umar also used the ceremony to call on the Committee of friends to continue to propagate the positive development recorded by the administration since its inception in 2015.
