The Queen of Nightlife, Oluwadamilola Mafe, has said club promotion requires relationship building with people from different walks of life.
Speaking with Saturday Tribune about club promotion business, she added that it involves converting consistently interested parties in experiencing the hospitality of the industry.
She advised those involved in the business to follow up on customers and gather helpful feedback.
Mafe listed maintenance of a recognisable brand, reputation and reliability as necessities for being a good club promoter.
“Club promoting doesn’t have a definite way to run it. The basic goal is to build relationships with people from different backgrounds and works of life convert those interested in enjoying the experiences of the hospitality industry on a consistent basis.
“Pray to God and Thank him for guidance at all times. Always follow up and check in on your customers, gather helpful feedback especially when it pertains to any issues they might have encountered and get them fixed.
“Maintain a good recognisable brand, be reputable and reliable at all times. Structure the days of operation with concepts that will attract customers and constantly expand your database with new customers periodically.
“Make the most of social media which is a key element of disseminating information. Keep discovering and learning ways of giving your best to your customers.” She said
