Club 5 Nigeria has been nominated for the Social Club of the year 2025 category for this year’s Eko Heritage Awards.
In a statement issued by the initiator of Eko Heritage Awards, Ivory Philips, he disclosed that Club 5 Nigeria was chosen for the prestigious award because of its innovative ideas, selfless efforts and significant economic contributions to Lagos state and Nigeria.
He said:. ” we are delighted to inform you that Club 5 Nigeria has been nominated for the Social Club Of The Year 2025 category in the esteemed Eko Heritage Awards”.
He described the nomination as a testament to your innovative ideas, selfless efforts, and significant economic contributions to Lagos state and Nigeria.
He said: “As a merit based award, we ensure that our events remains free from entertainment or financial inducement”.
According to him, this year’s Eko Heritage Awards, with the Theme “Celebrating Timeless Legacy Promises and Unforgettable Experience is now in its fifth edition and is proudly endorsed by the Lagos state Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture.
Reacting to the award nomination, the President of Club 5 Nigeria, Dr Ifeanyi Onukwubiri, said that the club would continue to invest in the tourism and arts sector of the Lagos state economy nay Nigeria.
He said:. ” we accept the nomination of Club 5 Nigeria as the Social Club Of The Year 2025 category from Eko Heritage Awards 2025″.
He assured that the award will only spur club 5 Nigeria to double their efforts in their unalloyed commitment to improving the Lagos state economy as it regards to tourism, arts and culture.
Dr Onukwubiri, said that more investments in the country’s Tourism, Arts and Culture sector would lead to the discovery of young talents that would represent Nigeria in global events.
