Can I donate my kidney?

Published by

One of my very close relatives who is suffering from Kidney Failure is in dire need of a kidney. I want to know if I can donate one of my kidneys. Kindly let me know if I can survive on just one kidney.

As long your kidney is found to be compatible with that of your relative and you are in very sound health, you can donate your kidney. It has been established that healthy human beings can do very well with one healthy kidney.
