THE Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Nasarawa State Chapter, has set up a committee to pray for the restoration of President Muhammadu Buhari’s health.
The State Chairman of CAN Bishop Joseph Masin, disclosed this on Thursday, while speaking to newsmen, in Lafia.
According to him, the committee is supposed to also pray for the peaceful coexistence among the different ethnic groups and religions in the state.
He also condemned the call for division of the country, stating that it is the antic of the devil to deter the country from achieving its goals.
Masin also said the association has concluded plans to tour round the 13 local government areas of the state to sensitise Christians on the need to embrace peace.
“CAN would soon organize crusade in all the three senatorial zones of the state for the spiritual revival of Christians,” Masin added.
He also advised Christians to be united and tolerate faithful of other religion for the peace and development of the state and the country at large.
