President Muhammadu Buhari is meeting with governors elected under the All Progressive Congress (APC).
The meeting is taking place at the President’s office at the presidential villa, Abuja.
Also at the meeting is Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari.

Governors present at the meeting include that of Osun, Ogun, Plateau, Kebbi, Niger, Jigawa,Ekiti, Kaduna, Nasarawa, Borno, and Edo State, while Kogi is represented by the deputy governor.
The agenda of the closed door meeting was not clear at the time of this report.
