Truckers and clearing agents associations have given the Federal Government till mid-day of Monday (today) to avert the looming seaport strike by ensuring that earth moving caterpillars are mobilised to failed portion of ports access roads.
The stakeholders gave this ultimatum Sunday night in Lagos after a lengthy meeting with representatives of the Federal Government led by the Executive Secretary, Nigerian Shippers Council (NSC), Barrister Hassan Bello.
The Federal Government’s delegation assured that by Monday morning, caterpillars would have moved to failed portion of the ports access roads.
