The Managing Director, Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Mr. Usman Muhammed, has assured that power will be restored to areas affected by the inferno rocked by the company’s transformer in Ibadan on Wednesday.
Muhammed who was represented by the head, Transmission Service Provider, Engineer Victor Adewunmi, disclosed this when he visited the Ayede power station on Wednesday evening.

He said: “When things like this happen, it affects the general public but we are working hard to ensure that this kind of incident does not happen again.
“By the grace of God today (Tuesday) we are going to restore some light back to the general public,” he said.
