Justice Nicholas Oweibo of a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on Tuesday ordered the final forfeiture of $40m worth of jewellery linked to former Minister of Petroleum Allison Diezani Madueke.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission had found 2,149 pieces of jewellery and a customised gold iPhone, valued at $40m, recovered from the Abuja home of Madueke.
In her defence Madueke had claimed that the EFCC had infringed on her rights.
