In the results released from some local government areas of Kwara state, President Muhammadu Buhari is set to return for the second term in office.
According to INEC results released in Ilorin on Sunday, the APC got 11,051 as against PDP that got 4,904 from Oyun local government. It was 6,079 for the APC and 6,242 for the PDP in Oke-Ero local government. APC scored 6,662 while PDP got 5,397 in Ekiti local government area.

In Asa, APC polled 15,976, while PDP got 10,705. In Irepodun, APC got 14,395, PDP 10,232. At Mooro local government area APC scored 17,534 and PDP polled 7,598 from the same LGA. In Ilorin East, APC led with total votes of 31,039 and PDP got 12,820 votes.
