Blue Dutch Fount shines with 15 flats, terrace building, other remarkable projects

Blue Dutch Fount Limited, a real estate company, stands as a shining light of innovation and quality. Since its inception, the company has embarked on numerous landmark projects that have not only transformed skylines but also redefined living standards for many Nigerians.

Led by the dynamic trio, Candace Ebhomielen-Uaboi, Kayode Ajayi and Charles Kenneth, Blue Dutch Fount Limited has made significant strides in property development. “Our mission has always been to provide solutions that deliver total customer satisfaction,” says Candace, the company’s CEO. This vision is evident in the impressive portfolio of projects completed under her leadership.

One of the company’s notable achievements is the construction of two blocks of 15 flats between 2016 and 2018. These modern residential buildings cater to the growing demand for high-quality housing in urban areas, offering spacious and well-designed units that combine functionality with aesthetic appeal. “We wanted to create homes that people would be proud to live in, without compromising on comfort or style,” Charles, an astute member of the board, explains.

Following the success of the flats, Blue Dutch Fount Limited embarked on building six units of bungalows in 2019 and 2020. These single-story homes were designed with families in mind, providing a perfect blend of privacy and community living. To buttress the point, the chairman board of directors, Kayode Ajayi notes, “Our bungalows were a response to the need for affordable yet luxurious family homes.” The project was well-received, with all units sold out shortly after completion.

In 2022 and 2023, the company took on a more ambitious project: the development of blocks of terrace buildings. These multi-unit dwellings offer a unique living experience, combining the benefits of apartment living with the space and privacy of a traditional home. “Terrace buildings are ideal for urban areas where space is at a premium,” Candace continues. “They provide a practical solution without sacrificing quality or comfort.”

Blue Dutch Fount Limited’s most impressive endeavor to date is the development of eight estate locations from 2022 to 2024. These estates are not just residential areas but thriving communities, complete with essential infrastructure and amenities. “We’ve successfully carried out physical allocation in seven out of eight estates,” Candace proudly states. “Our focus now is on enhancing these communities with top-notch infrastructure.”

The company’s commitment to excellence is also evident in its ongoing renovation projects. Since 2012, Blue Dutch Fount Limited has undertaken numerous building renovations, breathing new life into old structures and ensuring they meet modern standards.

Candace’s leadership alongside other important figures and the company’s innovative approach, have earned them a reputation for reliability and excellence. As Blue Dutch Fount Limited continues to grow, it remains dedicated to creating high-quality living spaces that meet the evolving needs of Nigerian families.

“We believe in turning visions into reality,” Charles affirms. “Every project we undertake is a step towards building a better future for our clients and our communities.”
