Big Brother Naija Season 10 took an unexpected turn on Monday after two housemates, Dede and Joanna, were asked to leave the Big Brother house after Dede picked up the red telephone.
The suspense began when the house phone rang and Dede rushed to answer, only to hear the unexpected voice of show host Ebuka. Without any prior warning, she was told she had just 10 seconds to pick another housemate to join her for a surprise.
Dede chose Joanna, and in a shocking turn of events, the duo was instructed to leave the house immediately.
Viewers and housemates alike were thrown into confusion, believing the pair had been evicted.

However, it was later revealed that they had only been moved into a secret room within the house as part of Biggie’s latest twist.
Social media quickly lit up with reactions to the development.

Shortly after, both housemates were spotted in the new secret room, confirming it was indeed a fake eviction but housemates aren’t aware of this information, leaving them in confusion.
