Bandits have launched an attack on Ushafa community in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nigeria. The incident occurred on Thursday night around Zone A.
Eyewitnesses reported that the bandits shot a man named Mr. Felix Chuks and abducted his entire family.
Efforts to contact vigilantes during the attack were unsuccessful, as they were not responding to calls amid the intense gunfire.
The motive behind the killing of Mr. Chuks remains unclear, but sources suggest that he may have resisted the bandits, leading to his death.
This attack is not an isolated incident; the area has experienced similar violence before.
A few months ago, another attack resulted in the death of a man and the abduction of his pregnant wife and children.
The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) police have not yet commented on the recent incident.
