Afrobeats sensation Ayra Starr shared the spotlight with British rock band Coldplay on Sunday night during their ‘Music of the Spheres’ tour stop at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami with football icon Lionel Messi and his wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, watching from the crowd.
The Nigerian singer joined Coldplay on stage as a guest performer, thrilling the audience with a live rendition of their collaborative track, Good Feelings, as well as her latest single, Hot Body, alongside lead vocalist Chris Martin.
The evening became even more memorable when Messi and Antonela were projected on the stadium’s big screen, drawing thunderous applause and cheers from fans.
Clearly elated by the experience, Ayra took to X (formerly Twitter) to celebrate the surreal moment. “I just performed Hot Body on stage with Coldplay!! And Messi was in the audience,” she posted.
