April 10, 2017, Governor Rauf Aregbesola has appointed Mabel Aderonke as his Special Assistant on Publicity, and face of the Osun State Government.
In her new role, Aderonke will be responsible for anchoring the adaptation of the White House briefing room style, where members of the press will be constantly briefed on the activities of the Governor and the achievements recorded by the administration.
As the face of the Osun State Government, Aderonke will be the image maker of the government, tasked with communicating the administration’s policies, programs, and achievements to the public.
The appointment is seen as a strategic move by the Aregbesola administration to enhance the visibility and image of the government, and to leverage Aderonke’s expertise in public relations and communications.
