The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, has mourned the passing of the Ohinoyi of Ebira Land, King Dr. Ado Ibrahim, who died on Sunday at the age of 94.
In a condolence message made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Sunday, the APC candidate noted that the late Ohinoyi was a father who loved all his children, did everything to unite his community, and promoted peaceful coexistence among his people.
Ododo, who described the death of the Ohinoyi as a personal loss to him, prayed that Allah grant the late paramount ruler eternal rest in peace.
He enjoined the people of Ebira Land to continue to live in peace among one another as they grappled with the irreparable loss with fortitude.
