An octogenarian voter in the ongoing Anambra 2021 governorship election has told the umpire, INEC, that her vote must count.
The 89-year-old woman, Mrs Obiageli Enu, spoke after casting her vote at Ward 1, polling unit 003 and voting centre 0015, Enuagu village Enugwu-Ukwu, in Njikoka Local Government Area of the state.
Meanwhile, a National Assembly member, Dozie Nwankwo, has raised the alarm that voting machines were not working in his constituency.
Nwankwo represents the Anocha Dunokofia and Njikoka Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
