Akwa Ibom deputy speaker commiserates James Iniama over wife’s demise

The Deputy Speaker of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. KufreAbasi Edidem, has commiserated with SUV. James Iniama over the demise of his wife, Mrs Eme James Iniama.
Edidem conveyed his feelings while on a Condolence visit to the bereaved family in their Abuja residence at the weekend.
Speaking during the visit, the deputy speaker noted that the late Elder (Mrs) Eme James Iniama was a virtuous woman who lived a life worthy of emulation, a  caring mother who accommodated everyone, irrespective of one’s background or belief.
According to him, “We came to commiserate with you and to encourage you to stand firm. You are not alone. Her demise is a loss for everyone, especially us in Itu LGA. I pray God to keep you strong for the family, church, and society”
 He, however, described the chief mourner, James Iniama, as not just a proud Son of Itu, but a highly respected political Leader of the area.
Responding, on behalf of the deceased family, SUV. James Iniama thanked the Deputy Speaker for coming all the way to Abuja to condole them in their moment of grief. He expressed happiness for the honor and support done to them.
He expressed his sadness over the loss of his wife, whom he reffed to as his best friend, having been together for the past three decades.
Present with The Deputy Speaker during the visit were; The Chief Of Staff, Hon Godspower Udofe, SAs to the Deputy Speaker, Pastor Joel Mkpong, Barr. Uwememem Jonah, and personal aides, Mr. David Ubbah, Mr. Eyo Okokon, and Staff, Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Sunday Edem.
