Aiyedatiwa , SSA, Ondo CP lauded as NANS holds peaceful convention

The newly elected Deputy Coordinator of NANS Zone D ,Naheem Adegoke has lauded the Ondo state governor , Lucky Aiyedatiwa for the recent completion of convention held in the state .

Adegoke noted that Aiyedatiwa’s commitment to fostering a propitious environment for student development is remarkable.

Speaking with journalists on Saturday, he added that that the governor had demonstrated that the growth and well-being of the students remain a priority under his administration.

He further appreciates the Senior Special Adviser to the Ondo state governor on student affairs , Kelvin Olaolu and Ondo state commissioner of police , Abayomi Oladipo for their support during the convention which was concluded on Thursday.

“In my capacity as the newly elected Deputy Coordinator of NANS Zone D, who contested on the unity ticket of the Sunshine State, Ondo State, it thrills my heart and and beckons on me to extend a heartfelt appreciation to the government of Ondo State for hosting what will be remembered as one of the most peaceful NANS Southwest convention.

“I must confess, this monumental feat is no small accomplishment and speaks volumes about the exemplary leadership Ondo State is endowed with. We have proven beyond doubts to be a guide and pathfinder to other states and zones.

“Without much ado, permit me to explore this latitude of space to appreciate the Executive Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa. To the student friendly Governor, words would never suffice to express the depth of my gratitude to you for your unquantifiable support, both morally and financially.

“Your commitment to fostering a propitious environment for student development is remarkable. You have consistently demonstrated that the growth and well-being of the students remain a priority under your administration, and for this, we celebrate and appreciate you.

“With your support, we have been able to set a standard for others to emulate. Furthermore, I’ll be ungrateful if I fail to acknowledge the indispensable contributions of the SSA on Student Affairs to the Governor, Hon. Kelvin Solomon Olaolu whose demonstration of capacity and hands-on approach ensured that every aspect of this convention was a success.

“ His relentless dedication to the student community has been nothing short of extraordinary, and we are profoundly grateful for his service, contributions and impacts. In all honesty, we could not have asked for a better advocate and leader in his office.

“Subsequently, to the Commissioner of Police, I extend my deepest appreciation for the unparalleled security apparatus that was in place. Permit me also to use your esteemed office as a point of contact to the officers who stood gallantly during the convention, I commend all security operatives who worked tirelessly to ensure the safety of all Nigerian students who participated in the convention.

“Their professionalism was evident in the peaceful outcome of the convention. Finally, to all the relevant stakeholders who played key roles in making the convention a reality, your efforts have not gone unnoticed. The unity displayed have shown that when we come together for a common cause, we can achieve greatness. Ondo State has now set a benchmark for how student elections should be conducted and for this, we are all the real MVPs.

“As the Deputy Coordinator of NANS Zone D, I assure you that I will uphold the integrity of this position and work tirelessly to represent the interests of students with zeal, diligence and honor. Our state has made history, and I commit to furthering this legacy in every capacity possible. I am honoured to serve in this capacity and with your continued support, I will not disappoint.”
