Berries, nuts, green tea, and dark chocolate are some examples of antioxidant-rich foods. Sleeping more. Sleep is when your body repairs itself and produces growth hormone, which helps maintain your youthful appearance.

Aim for at least seven hours of quality sleep every night. Laughing more. Laughter is the best medicine, as they say. It reduces stress, boosts your immune system, and releases endorphins, which make you feel happy and relaxed. Plus, it exercises your facial muscles and prevents sagging.
