Former Miss World, Agbani Darego, a few days ago, sets tongues wagging when she made what people presumed to be her first public outing with her husband, Ishaya Danjuma.
The occasion was the 80th birthday party of the former Chief of Army Staff, General Theophilus Danjuma, who is Agbani’s father-in law.
Unknown to many, the fashion entrepreneur, who owns the AD by Agbani Store in Lagos, had married Ishaya some months ago in a private wedding ceremony in Marakesh, Morrocco.
The outing and a late picture posted on the social media by the first Nigerian to win the Miss World beauty pageant, created some ripples with congratulatory messages coming from friends and admirers, who were oblivious of her marital status.
At the birthday party, Agbani as usual sat quietly at her table and obviously enjoyed the event.
Her husband, Ishaya is said to be a very private individual that complements his wife’s lifestyle.
