The Alimosho Arts Community Initiative and Theatre Centrik are set to host Kulturefest 2024, a vibrant celebration of culture, art, and unity, with the theme ‘Unity and Fight Against Corruption’.
The event, scheduled for November 16, will be managed by Resident Director, Kingsley Bassey (KSB), who will oversee all activities and ensure a seamless execution of the performances, while Halimat Omotayo Alabi is the Artistic Director and Head of Dance Performance.
The two organisations have a shared mission to provide a platform for artists to showcase their talents and promote social change through the arts.
According to Obani Greenlyte, the festival’s convener and Executive Producer, “Lagos Kulturefest 2024 will mark a new dimension in cultural festivals in Lagos, Nigeria, and across the world. We are committed to showcasing the rich cultural heritage of our community and promoting unity and social change through the arts.”
Greenlyte added that this commitment will ensure that the festival will be a success.
