Introducing its inaugural product known as “The Brook,” the Chief Executive Officer/ Managing Director of the company, Dr. Kolade Adepoju, said it comprised a luxury land property situated in Alalubosa GRA, Ibadan.
Speaking at the company’s realtors’ conference meeting in Ibadan, Adepoju said the new housing initiative would be one of the best real estate developments in Ibadan, «with incredible initiatives that have not been established in the city”.
“I did not come to the real estate industry to be average. Expect great things to come out of me,” the CEO/MD of Riel Homes told his audience.
He assured them that the project was just a small piece compared to his ambitious plans for the real estate industry in Ibadan.
Adepoju appreciated the development that the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde has achieved, stating that it has given room for innovations in the state.
Also in attendance was Engr. Toye Ogundoyin who congratulated Dr. Kolade for the successful expansion of his company into Ibadan.
He noted that it came as no surprise to witness investors flocking to Oyo State, highlighting that the state’s expanding population and growing urbanisation have fueled a heightened demand for properties within its borders.
He commended the efforts of Seyi Makinde’s administration for playing a vital role in the ongoing transformation of the real estate sector in Oyo State, saying he encouraged innovations from private companies in this regard.
According to him, Riel Homes’ presence in Ibadan is a beacon of greater transformation that is being powered by innovation, collaboration and responsible management.
He expressed his confidence in the company, particularly noting the remarkable goals the company aims to accomplish in Ibadan.
Additionally, as the CEO of Riel Homes hails from the state, the deputy speaker believes that the company holds positive intentions for Oyo State.
Former Special Adviser on Youth and Sports to the Governor of Oyo State and a speaker at the conference, Mr Kazeem Bolarinwa, also highlighted the importance of collaboration as a significant asset.
He praised Adepoju for embodying a collaborative spirit, citing it as a powerful tool for growth over competition.
