A new book, with thematic thrusts woven around business, management and leadership, tagged ‘The Precision-Led Woman- A Definitive Guide to Landing Leadership Positions’, has been unveiled.
The book, written by a marketing communications expert, and the newly-appointed Managing Director/CEO, TVC, Victoria Abiola Ajayi, has been described as a guidebook and roadmap aimed at empowering women to excel in leadership roles.
The book reveals the author’s use of her B.L.A.S.T model theory to simplify key critical factors that every woman and aspiring leader should inculcate to achieve success.
Drawing from her extensive experience, Abiola-Ajayi provides insight and strategies for women seeking to navigate the complexities of leadership with precision and confidence.
These tested and tried principles, she stated, have guided her own leadership journey over the years, culminating in her recent appointment as the Group CEO of the media conglomerate, TVC Communications.
The book provides readers with practical knowledge on personal branding, effective communication, strategic thinking, insisting that if practised, those key elements will enable the readers to discover their leadership traits in them.
In her comments, the new TVC’s boss described the recently launched book as her gift to the world.
“As someone who is deeply committed to fostering women’s leadership, this is my gift to the world. I wrote this book long before my recent appointment and I truly believe that the principles in this book will be a valuable resource to a lot of rising female leaders, just as it has been for me,” she stated.
