The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has released an update regarding its ongoing 2024 recruitment exercise. This follows a prior notification to successful candidates who advanced from the Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted on December 7, 2024.

Tribune Online had earlier reported that the NNPCL had commenced shortlisting candidates for the interview stage of its 2024 recruitment exercise.

In a recent email sent to successful candidates, the NNPCL stated:

“Please recall our email notifying you of your successful performance at the Computer-Based Test exercise on the 7th of December 2024 and progression into the interview stage of the 2024 Recruitment Exercise.

This is to notify you that the interviews will hold at the NNPC Limited Corporate Headquarters, NNPC Towers, Central Business District, Abuja, from 14th – 30th January 2025. The specific date and time of your interview will be communicated to you in due course.”

The email further outlined key instructions for the interview stage:

1. Certificate Translation

Candidates with certificates issued in languages other than English must present official translations of those documents in English.

2. Degree Classification

Candidates with degree or diploma classifications that differ from the conventional classifications (such as first-class, second-class upper or lower divisions) are required to present official transcripts or interpretations of their certificates.

3. No Payments Required

NNPCL emphasized that candidates are not required to make any payments to any person or entity at any stage of the recruitment process. Any such requests should be reported immediately to the company’s help desk.

4. Compliance with Requirements

Candidates were reminded that failure to meet the outlined requirements at any stage of the process could result in the discontinuation of their application.

The NNPCL further reassured candidates of its commitment to a fair and transparent recruitment process, urging them to prepare accordingly for the next stage.
