The politician added that the scenario is rather complicated given that there are probably more undecided voters today than ever before due to the prevailing political situation in the country.
Sani Malami who is a chieftain of the Green Party of Nigeria (GPN) said, “Nevertheless, the fact that many of the reforms he initiated have not come to fruition has not in any way diminished his stature among his core supporters as the most charismatic and electable person in the political space today”.
The University Don who is aspiring to govern Bauchi state come 2019 under the GPN concluded that “One can therefore safely conclude that Buhari is still the man to beat come 2019″.
As for Hankali Moses Ayuba Nigeria has a lot of credible politicians who are far better than President Muhammadu Buhari but do not have the opportunity to prove themselves due to what he termed ‘politics of sentiment and religious affiliation”.
Hankali Ayuba who is a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bauchi state opined that the APC led government has failed Nigerians in all ramifications because according to him, “not any of the campaign promises made by the present administration has been fulfilled but rather the government is taking Nigerians for a ride”.

He then expressed confidence that the PDP having put its house in complete order is now ready to challenge the APC at all levels in 2019 declaring that, “Nigerians now know better than the PDP administration was the best for them”.
