2019: No alternative to Atiku, Tambuwal for Sokoto electorates ― Hon Kajiji

A prominent chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Sokoto state, Hon Altine Shehu Kajiji has advised Sokoto electorates to cast their votes for the candidature of the party’s presidential flag bearer, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Aminu Tambuwal in the forthcoming general elections

He also described the incumbent State Governor, Alhaji Aminu Waziri Tambuwal who is seeking for reelection as the best choice for the people of the state in the governorship poll.

Kajiji who is also the campaign coordinator for Shagari Local Governmennt Area, stated this on Wednesday in Shagari town of Shagari Local Government Area of the state while addressing party members at the inauguration of Campaign Coordinators and members drawn across the 10 wards of the Council.

The party members who are mainly grassroots politicians and party leaders were given the task to ensure the party’s success in the 2019 general elections within their domains.

Kajiji noted that the party had painstakingly selected the best candidates with good reputations and sterling leadership qualities during its primaries elections across the state.

“We are very proud that all our party candidates from presidential to the councilors were of good reputations. Take a look at Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, he is businessman and job creator. He has what it takes to make Nigeria great again.

“We also have our own Governor, His Excellency, Aminu Tambuwal. He is a youthful and visionary leader. He is well accepted across the country and this was evident during the just concluded party’s presidential primary election in Rivers State.

“These are the same with other candidates contesting on the platform of our party. I urged electorates in the state to consider all these and vote vehemently for our party,” he charged.

The Campaign Coordinator for Shagari LGA, also charged the newly inaugurated Coordinators to justify the confidence reposed in them and work assiduously for the party’s victory in the 2019 elections.

The Coordinators were presented with party souvenirs and other campaign materials to aid in discharging their mandates.
