The prosecutor, ASP Aminu Isaac, told the court that the defendant committed the offence sometime in November 2025, at Ebute area of Ikorodu in Lagos State.

The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The offences contravene the provisions of Section 287 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

The Magistrate, Mr B. A Sonuga, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N200,000, with two sureties required to provide the same amount, and also ordered that the addresses of the sureties must be verified.

The court adjourned the case until February .5, for mention.
