Names of the nominees, which were read in Lafia on the floor of the state house of assembly by the speaker Hon Ibrahim Balarabe-Abdullah, stressing that their appointments followed the recent reshufflement of his cabinet.

Those nominated include Hajiya Halima Jabiru, Salisu Abubakar Haske, Pham. Victor Tella, Mary Enwongulu, Suleiman, Hajiya Jamila Sarki, Dr Roseline Kera, Hajiya Sa’adatu Yahaya, Wudu Yamba, Dr Clement Uhembe and Hon Mohamed Bashir Aliyu.
The speaker urged the nominees to submit their Curriculum Vitae (CV) on or before November 30th, 2018 and slated December 3rd for the screening of the commissioners’ nominees and possible confirmation.
The governor had on 31st of July 2018 sacked nine commissioners and two special advisers from his government.
