
The Chief Executive Officer of a frontline aviation school, Stay Up Aviation Institute of Teachnology, Mr Kenneth Anate Oudah, has reaffirmed his commitment to producing fresh professionals for the travel and aviation sector.
Oudah who disclosed at the recent graduation ceremony of new set of aviators, at the school in Felele, Ibadan, said the travel and aviation sector plays a pivotal role in the economic growth of a nation and for Nigeria to sustain the credibility of the industry, stakeholders must be on top of their game in terms of capacity building.
According to the CEO, “Stay Up Aviation has practically and theoretically equipped the newly graduated aviators with the latest technology of the industry to enable them meet up with the trend and newer challenges.
“The travel and aviation industry has continued to upgrade its system to meet the trend of the ICT age, and for us to be above board, we are not leaving any stone unturned to see that innovation is a core part of our training.
“We have a landmark history in terms of compliance to best practice in the way we train our graduates and we will not compromise on the standards of aviators we send to the labour market, ”Oudah added.
The newly graduated aviators, numbering 27, were trained in different fields of play, which include cabin crew practice, airline ticketing and reservation, cargo management, aircraft engineering, airport management and agency management.
